With over 25 years of experience, Jessica is a Director of Operations, a certified Canadian clinical supervisor, and Addictions Counsellor with a Master of Arts degree in Health Leadership.

Dr. Christina Basedow

Dr. Christina Basedow is currently Vice President of National Operations at Edgewood Health Network Canada. Christina holds a PhD in Psychology, a Masters in Psychology, and a BHSc in Addictions Counseling.

Dr. Kevin McCauley

Dr. Kevin McCauley is a non-practicing physician who has worked in the field of addiction treatment for nearly two decades.

Dr. William Miller

Dr. William R. (Bill) Miller is Emeritus Distinguished Professor of Psychology and Psychiatry at the University of New Mexico, having served as the Director of Clinical Training and Co-Founder and Director of the Center on Alcohol, Substance use and Addictions (CASAA). 

Dr. David Best

Trained as a psychologist and criminologist, Dr. Best has worked in practice, research and policy in the areas of addiction recovery and rehabilitation of offenders.

Dr. Johanna O’Flaherty

Expert in crisis management from a psychological perspective, and a renowned expert in the field of trauma, addiction and recovery.

Elizabeth Loudon

RTIA Faculty Member

Elizabeth’s areas of specialty are substance use disorder, compulsive sexual behaviors, trauma, and disordered eating.

Rob DeClark

RTIA Faculty Member

Rob is the owner and executive director of The Healing Institute at Forbidden Plateau, a small treatment centre that focuses on treating addiction, trauma, anxiety and depression.
