Dr. William R. (Bill) Miller is Emeritus Distinguished Professor of Psychology and Psychiatry at the University of New Mexico, having served as the Director of Clinical Training and Co-Founder and Director of the Center on Alcohol, Substance use and Addictions (CASAA).
